Terms & Conditions

SALE TERMS:

  1. Gigastar.in or its parent concern, GIGASTAR TECHNOLOGY, is a marketing and distribution company.

  2. By making a purchase, you certify that your registration certificate under the GST Act 2017 is valid on the date of sale.

  3. Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse.

  4. We provide proper GST invoices for all products sold. If you need your company's GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box during the ordering process. Additionally, provide the 3 pages of GST certificate for your company.

  5. Once the order has been shipped or an AWB (Air Waybill) number has been generated, cancellation and refund of shipping charges are not possible.

  6. Cancellation of orders before shipping incurs a 2% convenience fee. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation fee is 5%. Modifications to orders after shipping incur a 3% fee. No charges apply for order modifications before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount, if applicable.

  7. A 5% deduction from the order value/total amount applies to orders paid using Credit card or EMI, in case of buyer-initiated cancellations.

  8. The materials sold are computer spares and components and do not constitute a complete system unless specified as a "New PC System."

  9. Inform us of any special usage or abnormal environment requirements at the time of purchase; otherwise, the warranty is void.

  10. Customers cannot waive responsibility based on ignorance of the terms and conditions.

  11. For gaming chairs, only part replacements are applicable for defective or damaged products; no refunds will be provided for gaming chair orders.

  12. For "Dead on Arrival" products, ensure all parts and accessories are present in the box; failure to do so may result in non-acceptance as a DOA case and treated as RMA.

  13. Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering of warranty stickers. All products sold by us require installation by a technically qualified PC Hardware engineer.

  14. Gigastar.in reserves the right to cancel any orders due to price or stock issues.

  15. The court at KOLKATA shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising from this sale contract.

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:

  1. All products sold by us are covered under carry-in warranty only. Both-side shipping charges for RMA products outside the policy window are to be borne by the buyer.

  2. On-Site warranty is available within brand reach. If your area is outside the brand's reach, warranty service automatically becomes Carry-In service.

  3. Our shipping service for RMA products does not cover insurance for transit damage, and we are not liable for any such cases.

  4. "Direct Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty" means the warranty is directly provided by the Manufacturer/Distributor. We have no legal or financial liability for such warranties, but we can assist you in case of issues with claiming the warranty.

  5. Always provide a copy of our invoice for warranty purposes when seeking service for products.

  6. Warranty repair/replacement is only applicable if the goods are in good physical condition.

  7. Warranty becomes void if tampering with seller sign / products show signs of broken/burnt pins, pen/pencil markings, cracks, missing/tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers.

  8. Duration of RMA/WARRANTY CLAIM is subject to the brand's policies; we are not responsible for delays in such cases.

  9. Warranty clause is void for damage caused due to mishandling, lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problems, or any other abnormal conditions.

  10. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. For warranty claims, customers must approach the manufacturer's service center with purchase details if available locally.

  11. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer/supplier warranty policy.

  12. Warranty material received without accessories, manuals, software CD/DVDs, and outer box packing may be rejected.

  13. Any service-related issues or problems should be addressed directly to the manufacturer/distributor; we are not responsible for any litigations.

  14. Warranty service will be provided upon receipt of full payment on the due date.

  15. RMA/WARRANTY CLAIM service is not guaranteed for a lifetime and may be revoked without prior notice.

GENERAL TERMS:

  1. All information displayed, transmitted, or carried on Gigastar Technology's website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  2. The website is updated and maintained independently by Gigastar Technology. The content is owned by Gigastar Technology, and any unauthorized use or commercial exploitation of the content is prohibited.

  3. Gigastar Technology disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, regarding the information and context presented on the website.

  4. Gigastar Technology reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service at any time due to technical issues.

  5. Gigastar Technology values the privacy of its associates' information and does not disclose personal information to outside sources without permission.

  6. Gigastar Technology reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

  7. Cash payments above 50,000/- will not be accepted.
